I am a Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S) that has 15+ years experience supporting clients of all ages in outpatient and private practice settings as well as experience providing clinical, administrative and training supervision for other therapists & social workers. I help clients understand how thoughts, feelings/emotions, and actions are all related to makes desired changes. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I have 2 Certified Therapy Dogs (Spruce & Christmas) that love to join session whenever possible and also volunteer in the community. My clients often reach out for help due to relationships difficulties that are creating stress at home, work, and with family. I help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings/emotions, and actions are all related to make desired changes. My goal is to provide an affirming perspective and incorporate your strengths into our work together. I offer in person (Dayton) or telehealth video sessions (OH). I currently accept several private insurances through Headway Co. If you are interested in using private insurance, I can provide a link from Headway to check if I accept your insurance.
